I love coming home to this kid.

She's sassy, spirited, funny, and sweet, a lot of personality packed into one tiny package.

I arrived home last night very long day just in time to get Eloise into her pajamas. She was so excited to see me she quickly crawled into bed and bounced around anticipating cuddles.

"Mama ie down too? Mama snugga?"

This is impossible to resist so I got into bed and she grabbed my face with both hands, kissed my nose and told me she loved me. Best part of my day.

Since I am 100% hip hop (in my music choices) this sign by Oh Dier Living needs to be in my home. Preferably on the mantle.

I love this Kate Spade tote. Its cheeky saying is all truth and I think this would be a very fun bag for girls' weekend trips or a great bachelorette gift for a bride.

I love Frank Ocean's newest album, channel ORANGE and I have been listening to it on repeat. His voice is smooth, the beats are chill and it is the perfect background music when I'm working on the computer or cooking dinner. But only when Eloise isn't rocking out to Music Together: Fiddle, of course ...

I love quiet nights alone.

Don't get me wrong, I love spending time with Chris and Eloise and being with my girlfriends, but there is something truly relaxing about being all by yourself. Tonight I put on my pajamas before Eloise went to bed, had buttered toast for dinner and watched a marathon of Chelsea Lately and Dance Moms (horrible, horrible and amazing) on my PVR.

Pure bliss.

I love striped walls.

A recent post on The Glitter Guide featuring striped walls has inspired me to paint a some in our house. Maybe above the fireplace mantel or in the foyer?

My favourite painted stripes are monochromatic though I wish I were bold enough to do them in a metallic or navy and white. I've even come across striped wall decals which would be the perfect way to add interest to a rental space.

I love Céline's Luggage Mini Tote. The bag de rigueur of the fashion world, this stunning purse is our generation's answer to The Birkin. It's structured, practical and (newly) iconic, but with exclusivity and waitlists that rival Hermès' most famous handbag, I doubt I'll be adding it to my collection any time soon. Did I mention the Céline Luggage Mini Tote retails for around $2400? Right. Maybe if I put my name on the waitlist today I'll have saved up enough to actually pay for the bag when it's my turn in a few years!

I love hearing the words "Mama" come out of Eloise's mouth. She officially said Mama over the weekend and is now clearly and confidently saying it to me all day long. In her lovely baby voice the word sounds almost Italian, with a long 'a' and equal emphasis on the syllables. It is the sweetest thing.

I love this dress from Baby Gap. Pretty in blush pink and magenta, adorned with illustrations of the Eiffel Tower, The Arc du Triomphe and poodles (of course!), it would be perfect for Eloise's first birthday party.

This fluorescent yellow bag from The Cambridge Satchel Company. It's bright, cheerful and stylish; they even offer embossing so I can add my monogram to the flap. This satchel would be the perfect antidote to the dreary summer weather we've been having.

Pinterest. My productivity has gone way down since I started 'pinning' but I am simply smitten. This is the easiest and most fun way to catalog all the wonderful things you come across online, even Chris likes it!

My only qualm is that there are so many amazing, creative and inspiring blogs it is just not possible to read them all AND get some sleep before Eloise wakes up again. Today I think I love Snippet & Ink the best.
