Eloise wants to do everything herself. She wants to sit on a chair and feed herself (highchair, no way!). She wants to comb her own hair and brush her teeth. She likes putting on her own socks and shoes and walks happily alongside me without holding hands.
Eloise is developing her sense of self very quickly and becoming more independent in the process. I love to listen to the conversations she has with her toys as she plays by herself and it's both exciting and surprising how much she changes every day. If Eloise is this independent now, what will it be like when she is two?
