At 10 o'clock on weekday mornings I can usually be found at my computer returning emails and tuning into Q on CBC radio one. Sound terribly boring and far too informational? Not so when the host of this Arts & Culture radio show is the witty and engaging Jian Ghomeshi and guests include Jay Z, Deepak Chopra, MIA, Al Gore and Bill Withers (which, by the way, has been one of my favourite interviews so far).
If you haven't checked out Q before I highly recommend it. CBC Radio One can be found at 88.1 FM and even streams online at cbc.ca.
